The Blessing Ministry Center was originally First Church of the Nazarene. The Church of the Nazarene at First Church was organized in April of 1940. Church Street Church of the Nazarene and First Church of the Nazarene merged in June of 2019. After the merger, the decision was made to utilize the First Church of the Nazarene facility as a ministry center. The name, The Blessing, comes from an endowment fund that was set up for ministry by a family years ago. Now, The Blessing Ministry Center is home for several new outreach ministries of Church Street Church of the Nazarene.
